CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
A fair policy for
custom work.
Last updated: 16 September 2026. Custom digital work is planned and delivered in milestones. The signed project proposal or agreement is the controlling document for your project.
Before work starts
If you cancel before work starts, any refund is handled according to the signed proposal. An initial payment may reserve project capacity and cover discovery, planning, or administrative work already completed.
After work starts
Payments for completed work, approved milestones, third-party purchases, and time already reserved are generally not refundable. If a project is paused or cancelled, you will receive the completed portions for which payment has been made, subject to the project agreement and third-party licence terms.
Revisions and issues
Feedback and agreed revision rounds are handled within the project scope. If an agreed deliverable has a reproducible defect caused by the work, it will be addressed under the bug-fix or warranty terms in the proposal. A different preference, a new feature, or a change in requirements is not a defect and may require a change request.
Third-party costs and recurring services
Domain, hosting, software, payment-processor, plugin, advertising, and similar third-party charges are subject to the relevant provider’s policies. Recurring maintenance or hosting can be cancelled according to the written plan; services already supplied and non-refundable provider charges are not refunded.
