TERMS OF SERVICE
Clear work.
Clear expectations.
Last updated: 16 September 2026. These website terms explain the general basis on which Vamshi Baldewar provides web-development services. A signed proposal or service agreement takes priority where it differs from these terms.
1. Services and scope
Services may include website design and development, web applications, hosting, maintenance, and related consulting. The exact deliverables, timeline, price, revision limits, and exclusions are defined in the proposal or agreement for your project. Requests outside that written scope may require a separate quote and timeline.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content, assets, approvals, and access needed to complete the agreed work. You confirm that you have the right to use all materials you supply, including text, logos, images, data, and third-party accounts. Delays in providing these items can move the delivery timeline.
3. Fees and payments
Payment milestones and due dates are agreed in writing before work begins. Work may be scheduled after the agreed initial payment has cleared. Late payments may pause work, launch activity, support, or transfer of deliverables until the account is current. You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank fees, processor fees, and foreign-exchange costs unless the written proposal says otherwise.
4. Ownership and launch
On full payment of all agreed fees, you receive the rights specified in the project agreement for the custom final deliverables. Pre-existing tools, reusable code, third-party assets, fonts, plugins, and services remain subject to their own licences. The project may be shown in Vamshi Baldewar’s portfolio unless you agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content, functionality, and legal notices before launch.
5. Third-party services
Domains, hosting, payment gateways, email, analytics, plugins, APIs, and similar services may have separate costs and terms. Their availability, changes, security, and performance are controlled by their providers. Account ownership and renewal responsibility should be confirmed in the project agreement.
6. Support and warranty
Any post-launch support, bug-fix period, maintenance plan, and response times are those stated in your proposal or service agreement. New features, content changes, and issues created by third-party changes or unauthorised edits are not included unless agreed in writing.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided without guarantees of particular rankings, sales, leads, uptime, or business results. Liability connected with a project is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Contact

This page is a practical service-policy summary, not legal advice. A project agreement should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer for the client’s jurisdiction and project.
